Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once posted, domestic delivery usually takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your address.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. You will see the exact amount before you pay.
International
We ship internationally. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not included in the checkout total.
Returns
If the journal is not right, send it back within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund of the item price. It needs to be unused and in its original condition — a journal that has been written in cannot be resold.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, emailhello@onelove1234.com within 14 days with a photo. We will replace it and cover the postage both ways.
