Dedicate a page
When the journal reaches you, take a moment to create a page for your friend. Use your creativity to say what you appreciate about them. Make it personal — borrow the journal overnight if you need the time.

Share your love
Leave the feather bookmark on your page when you are finished. That is the signal that you have added your piece, and the journal is ready to travel on.

Collect the gratitude
The Gratitude Page in the back is where notes from friends come home. Glue them in, and the journal becomes a record of everyone who loves you.
Questions
Before you order
What age is it for?
It lands best between 6 and 14. Younger children fill the pages with drawings and stickers; older ones write. The affirmations are written simply enough to be read aloud by a first grader.
Do I need to know anything about chakras?
No. The seven sections are colour-coded and each one is just a theme — feeling safe, being creative, speaking honestly. A child never has to hear the word to get the benefit.
Is it a diary or a group activity?
Both, but it is designed to travel. One child starts it, dedicates a page to a friend, and passes it on. The Gratitude Page in the back collects what comes back.
What is the feather bookmark for?
It marks the page you just finished, so the next friend knows where to start. It is the only rule in the book.
